Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to esim.dog. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services We Provide
eSIM Data Plans
We provide digital eSIM data plans for mobile devices in various countries. eSIMs are delivered electronically via QR code and allow you to access cellular data networks while traveling.
Phone Numbers with SMS Forwarding
We offer virtual phone numbers with SMS forwarding to your email. These are subscription-based services billed monthly.
VPN Services
We provide VPN (Virtual Private Network) services on a subscription basis, offering secure internet connections through our network of global servers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe
- Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
- We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Refund and Cancellation Policy
eSIM Data Plans (Digital Goods)
Refunds are available BEFORE your first network connection. Once you have connected to the network using your eSIM, the digital product has been consumed and no refunds will be provided.
Refunds are not guaranteed after network connection because eSIM data plans are digital goods that are immediately delivered and consumed upon use. However, if you're unhappy with your service, please reach out to us at hello@esim.dog and we'll see what we can do on a case-by-case basis.
If you experience technical issues preventing you from using your eSIM before connecting, please contact us at hello@esim.dog and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
Phone Number Subscriptions
Phone number subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are only available if the phone number was not yet chosen by you and issued by our system. Once a number has been assigned to you, no refunds are available.
To cancel, please manage your subscription in the Stripe customer portal.
VPN Subscriptions
VPN subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We do not track usage data, so we cannot determine if the service was used. Therefore, refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process
To request a refund, email hello@esim.dog with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Subscription Services
Phone number and VPN services are provided on a subscription basis:
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- Billing: You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by managing your subscription in the Stripe customer portal
- No Refunds After Renewal: Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis

Phone Numbers - E911 Limitations
OUR PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR EMERGENCY CALLS. DO NOT USE OUR PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL 911 OR OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES.
Our virtual phone numbers do not support E911 or emergency calling services. In case of emergency, use a traditional phone line or mobile phone to contact emergency services.
Network Availability
eSIM and phone services depend on third-party telecommunications networks. We do not guarantee continuous availability, coverage, or service quality. Network availability varies by location and carrier.
Device Compatibility
eSIM services require a compatible device. Please verify your device supports eSIM technology before purchasing. We are not responsible for compatibility issues, but can issue you a refund if the eSIM was not used because your phone does not support it.
Email Communications
By using our services and providing your email address, you agree to receive email communications from esim.dog, including:
- Transactional emails (order confirmations, eSIM delivery, receipts)
- Service updates and important notices
- Promotional emails (special offers, deals, travel tips)
- Product announcements and newsletters
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Please note that you cannot opt out of transactional emails related to your purchases and services.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Hacking, phishing, or distributing malware
- Circumventing geographic restrictions or copyright protections unlawfully
- Overloading or attempting to disrupt our services
- Reselling our services without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this policy.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion. You may also terminate your relationship with us at any time by cancelling your subscriptions and ceasing to use our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on esim.dog, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of esim.dog or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or connectivity issues
- We are not responsible for third-party network performance or availability
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We reserve the right to make changes at our discretion. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
